About our Classroom Courses and Services:
Each day of training means eight (8) ours of classroom training. Daily time is from 8:30am through 5:00pm in a Monday-Friday basis.
Special night schedule is available for PRIVATE CLASS as per course demand, night schedule is from 6:00pm through 10:00pm in a Monday-Thursday basis.
We offer discounts over regular price for groups of participants and/or volume of courses to be taken in a six (6) month period.
We have seven (7) training rooms available, and we also offer courses at the client installations as per client request.
Services included with each class taken:
Certified Instructors for all courses and specializations ( ECI, MOS, CIW, MCT, MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, MCAD, MCSD, PMP, IT Service Managers) among others.
Original manuals from the Microsoft Official Curriculum
One (1) Year Refresher Guarantee: A participant may retake any course at no additional cost, subject to seat availability and same course version. The participant must bring the original course material, (updated material must be purchased, if necessary). A refresher agreement must be signed by the client including the original date when the course was taken and the new refresher date. Refresher class guarantee will expire one (1) year as per the date of each course taken.
Course Certificate for each participant.
Two (2) Coffee breaks are included when training is provided in our facilities.
Individual attention, one PC for each student. All our trainings are 100% hands-on-training including specialized laboratories.
Most of our instructors are consultants in each field of specialization and they provide additional study materials and references during each training session.
