ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library - ITIL Provides a consistent set of Best Practices for IT Service Management that defines an approach to achieve business efficiency and effectiveness through quality services in the use of Information Technology.

ITIL Foundation V3 Certification is a (2.5-day) course with certification exam included. Also included one (1) additional day for material and exam reviews to be prepared to take the exam in the afternoon. Certification exam are (40) multiple-choice questions in one-hour time.
